Ode to Optimism

ode

A friend of mine was recently a spotlight in the April 2009 issue of Ode Magazine, which lead me on a search for the magically optimistic magazine. Once seeing what its pages held, I couldn’t put it down. I instantly went online and signed up for their news and stories. This publication is a wonderful addition to any optimist’s outlook, and even better for any pessimist to come across. :) Its slogan, “For Intelligient Optimists”, fits perfectly with the subjects and stories throughout. The people and stories are awe inspiring, to say the least.

Besides the physical printed copy, the online magazine web site also contains additional stories and information along with a marketplace filled with wonderful, natural products for our everyday lifestyles. From coffee alternatives and fair trade soccer balls to Maggie’s Soap Nuts, you can find all the things you never dreamed about finding.

Breeze through and take a look at all the wonderfully optimistic stories and lifestyles. I would read Ode magazine over scanning the national news any day. Think of the possibilities if we focused on good rather than bad?! In turn, hopefully we can all carry a bit of Ode’s optimism with us where ever we go. :)
